Dr. Chip Howard is regarded as an expert on the subject of Bolshevism and it’s relationship to present-day politics as well as the history of former Soviet territories. In pursuit of his studies, for several decades, Dr. Howard has spent a couple hundred days in the former Soviet Union. He is well networked with academic history experts local to those areas and has personally visited nearly every location of historical significance there in the last 150 years.
